Responsibilities
- Consult with home owners to market properties
- Guide buyers, assist in home selection
- Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers
- Host at least two open houses monthly
- Keep accurate communication records
- Attend in team training and mentoring
Qualifications
- Earn real estate license in the states of Delaware or Pennsylvania within 90 days of joining
- Track record of success in customer service, sales, hospitality or working with the public
- Committed learner and growth oriented
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with Google Suite
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and client satisfaction
