Responsibilities
- Work with buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
- Generate and convert leads using proven team systems
- Conduct showings, write offers, and negotiate contracts
- Maintain consistent communication with clients and prospects
- Stay informed on local market trends
- Participate in team trainings, meetings, and accountability
Qualifications
- Active real estate license (Illinois and/or Missouri)
- Prior real estate experience (required)
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable and open to systems and structure
- Able to manage multiple clients and tasks in a fast-paced setting
