Pay

Compensation: $100,000+ at plan commission

• Active Real Estate License required

Responsibilities

• Meet with motivated buyers and sellers and guide them toward their real estate goals
• Follow up with qualified opportunities using proven CRM and sales systems
• Deliver a 5-star client experience that drives referrals and repeat business
• Host engaging open houses and convert team-provided leads into clients
• Manage your calendar, pipeline, and buyer and seller appointments
• Participate in ongoing sales training, coaching, and weekly team meetings
