Responsibilities

• Manage and close real estate transactions
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and potential buyers/sellers
• Market properties through various channels including social media, email campaigns, and open houses
• Contribute to the company’s mission of donating a portion of each sale to local charities
• Stay updated on market trends and new developments in real estate

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of real estate sales experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Pay

$63,500 - $155,000 at plan yearly - commission only
