Responsibilities

Working warm seller leads in Poway, Rancho Bernardo, Scripps Ranch, and Ramona
Hosting open houses, touring properties, and guiding clients through the full process
Following up with leads by call, text, and video
Using proven scripts and tools that top agents use every day
Building long-term relationships with buyers and sellers in your farm area

Requirements

Hold an active CA license with 3 or more closed deals
Tech comfortable and serious about building a sustainable pipeline
Coachable, confident, and ready to be held to a higher standard
Done trying to build your career alone
