Responsibilities
- Manage your own team of agents
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain clients
- Close sales and manage transactions
- Provide excellent customer service
- Adapt and innovate to stay ahead in the industry
Requirements
- At least 2 years of real estate experience
- Valid Illinois Real Estate License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for real estate and helping others achieve their goals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, or related field (not required)
- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
