Responsibilities
- Engage with warm inbound leads provided daily through our lead system
- Conduct buyer and seller consultations and set appointments
- Schedule and show properties; manage the full buyer and seller experience
- Negotiate and draft offers, purchase agreements, and listing contracts
- Maintain your pipeline and activity in our systems & CRM
- Attend weekly training sessions and 1-on-1 coaching
- Work your personal sphere alongside team leads to build a compounding business
Qualifications
- Holds an active California real estate license
- Available full-time with a commitment to working consistently on leads
- Coachable, hardworking, and eager to follow a proven system
- Team-oriented with a drive to keep improving
- New to the industry and ready to build, or experienced and ready to scale — both are welcome
