We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, demonstrating strong leadership and customer service in interactions with residents, board members, and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Enforce property regulations
• Prepare budgets and process financial matters
• Attend board meetings (day or evening)

• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented approach
• Confidence speaking in front of large groups
• Prior experience in property management is a bonus
