Real Estate Professional – AI Career Advisor Evaluator

About the Role

What if the career knowledge you've built navigating Chicago's competitive real estate market could directly improve how AI guides real estate professionals across the country? We're looking for experienced real estate agents and brokers in the Chicago metro area to help evaluate and improve AI systems that deliver career advice to property professionals at every stage of their journey.

What You'll Do

• Review career-related questions from real estate professionals across experience levels — from newly licensed agents to established brokers and team leaders
• Write high-quality "golden answers" that reflect expert career guidance rooted in real industry experience, including awareness of Midwest and national market dynamics
• Create objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated career advice for accuracy, practicality, and professional relevance
• Identify recommendations from AI systems that are inaccurate, outdated, or disconnected from how real estate careers actually develop
• Apply your on-the-ground knowledge of brokerage culture, client development, and professional growth to improve AI coaching tools
• Work independently and asynchronously — fully on your own schedule

Who You Are

• Experienced real estate agent, broker, or industry professional with meaningful time working in the field
• Strong grasp of real estate career progression, licensing requirements, team structures, and professional development pathways
• Experience mentoring newer agents, managing a team, or advising colleagues is a significant plus
• Clear, effective written communicator who can translate practical wisdom into structured, useful guidance
• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently

Nice to Have

• Active or inactive real estate license (salesperson or broker)
• Background in team leadership, brokerage management, or agent training
• Coaching, mentoring, or professional development experience within real estate
• Familiarity with the Chicago metro market, Illinois licensing environment, or Midwest real estate broadly
• Knowledge of residential, commercial, or investment property sectors
