Real Estate Photographer

About the role

Pinnacle Property Media is seeking a motivated, outgoing, detail-oriented individual with a passion for photography and a desire to turn their skills into a high-income career in real estate media. No prior real estate photography experience is necessary as we provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities

• Capture professional real estate media including real estate photography, property video, drone photos and video, vacation rental and listing media, and marketing content for real estate agents and property owners.
• Travel to properties in your assigned area and work directly with real estate agents, homeowners, property managers, and builders.
• Upload media for editing, build relationships with clients, grow your network, and repeat business.
• Represent Pinnacle Property Media professionally in the field.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle and driver’s license.
• Smartphone with data plan.
• Laptop or desktop computer for uploads.
• Experience using a DSLR or mirrorless camera.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Willingness to complete training.
• Willingness to follow detailed property preparation and photography standards.

Schedule

This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to work independently.

Pay

Compensation includes a 50% commission on your first shoot with a new client, 30% on all future shoots, and 30% on company-provided shoots. Minimum guarantee of $20 per hour worked, with top performers earning up to $50,000 – $75,000+ annually.
