For more information visit: www.tarealty.com Position Summary The Real Estate Performance Analyst is responsible for analysis and reporting across multiple real estate portfolios, with a focus on converting financial and operating data into actionable investment insights. The role supports portfolio management, investor relations, and senior leadership by delivering accurate, timely, and thought-provoking analysis on asset, portfolio, and fund-level performance. This position requires strong financial modeling capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively. Key Responsibilities Performance Analysis & Reporting Analyze fund- and asset-level performance, including IRR, TWR, multiples, valuation changes to determine key drivers of performanceMonitor actual performance results analyzing trends across market cycles, property types and property locations from asset entry to exitComplete high volume of investor and consultant data requests for due diligence and fundraising effortsPrepare performance attribution analysis and commentaryPerform sensitivity analyses and support risk assessment initiativesTranslate complex analytics into clear, concise, investor-facing materialsIdentify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy Data Management & Validation Maintain performance analytics models and large data sets ensuring consistency, accuracy and completeness of underlying dataAssist in internal audit and review processes, including validating portfolio management, valuations and financial outputs to identify discrepancies Market & Benchmark Analysis Analyze external benchmarks (e.g., NPI, ODCE, Cambridge Associates, Preqin) and position portfolio performance relative to peersConduct thorough research and analysis of real estate market trends and performance metrics to develop industry best practices and advancements in data analytics Cross-Functional Collaboration Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Valuations and Accounting teams to analyze results and understand trendsSupport investment decision-making through ad hoc analysis and presentation materialsCoordinate with Investor Relations to ensure consistent and accurate messaging to investors and consultants Key Competencies Intellectual curiosity, skilled at creative problem solving and deductive reasoningA reliable and resourceful team player who is assertive and enthusiasticAnalytical rigor and problem-solving skillsAbility to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and conciselyStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh level of accuracy, consistency, and accountability in reportingExcellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detailStrong writing, communication and presentation skills Adept at working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlinesAbility to collaborate with internal groups and individuals at all levels of an organization under tight timeframes Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or related field3-5 years of progressive professional experience in real estate investment management, data analytics, performance reporting or a related financial services environment Strong understanding of real estate metrics (IRR, equity multiples, NOI, cap rates, leverage, fund structures)Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasetsAdvanced Excel skills; experience with financial modeling is requiredExposure to investor reporting and SEC marketing rule considerations is preferred EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY TA Realty LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer that is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive company culture believing it adds to the strength and vitality of our organization.
