Real Estate Paralegal (In-House)

FORTUNE 500 COMPANY seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join their growing in-house legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a real estate professional seeking a sophisticated transactional practice, strong career stability, and exposure to large-scale real estate and land management projects nationwide.The company offers competitive compensation, annual bonus opportunities, excellent benefits, a positive team culture, and a hybrid work schedule.Responsibilities include:Review, draft, and prepare documents related to real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, easements, and other property agreementsCoordinate transactions from initiation through closing, working closely with attorneys, business leaders, title companies, and outside service providersReview title commitments, surveys, legal descriptions, and due diligence materialsSupport timberland and commercial real estate transactions, including land acquisitions, sales, leases, permits, and access agreementsMaintain transaction files and assist with process improvements and transaction management initiativesCompensation and Benefits:The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $125,000. Annual incentive bonuses.
