Responsibilities

• Undertake market analysis and property evaluations
• Develop and execute investment strategies
• Manage relationships with clients and partners
• Participate in due diligence processes
• Prepare and review financial projections and reports
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in real estate investment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
