About the role
This position will assist attorneys in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions in our Real Estate + Development team.
Responsibilities
- Review of title commitment and survey
- Filings and ordering documents from the MA Secretary of State
- Ordering and review of UCC, bankruptcy, and litigation searches
- Closing document preparation
- Due diligence review
- Preparing closing binders
- Drafting routine correspondence and documents
Knowledge of affordable housing and commercial finance is a plus. Experience with commercial Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac transactions is helpful.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 4-5 years of commercial real estate experience
- Detail-oriented with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Highly motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Enjoy being part of a fast-paced work environment
- Must take initiative, anticipate needs, and follow specific detailed procedures
- Flexibility for overtime
Pay
The target base salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000. Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's years of experience, skills, qualifications, and office location.
Schedule
Hybrid work model requiring in-office work a minimum of 2-3 days per week.
