Real Estate Paralegal

Responsibilities

• Cook up real estate closings from start to finish.
• Review and input title information accurately.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including deeds, agreements of sale, affidavits, and related closing documents.
• Work with real estate settlement software, including SoftPro or similar platforms.
• Provide administrative and legal support to multiple attorneys as needed.
• Aid in expanding into additional legal practice areas as the firm’s needs grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of paralegal experience preferred.
• Must have experience independently handling real estate closings.
• Experience with SoftPro or similar real estate settlement software is strongly preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines.
• Comfortable working on-site in Harrisburg, PA.
• Willingness to learn other areas of law and support multiple attorneys.

Compensation

$85,000–$90,000, depending on experience.
