Real Estate Paralegal

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to join a law firm on a direct-hire basis. This role involves managing all aspects of real estate transactions, from title review to closing coordination.

Responsibilities

• Review title commitments and identify title issues
• Prepare closing documents and real estate transaction paperwork
• Coordinate commercial and residential real estate closings
• Conduct due diligence reviews and assist with transaction management
• Communicate with attorneys, lenders, title companies, clients, and other parties throughout the closing process
• Maintain accurate files and ensure deadlines are met

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a law firm is required
• Paralegal Certificate required
• Experience with commercial and/or residential real estate transactions
• Strong knowledge of real estate closing documents and title review
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Experience with ClosingVue is a plus

Pay

$60,000–$75,000/year, depending on experience
