Core Job Responsibilities

• Runs loan closing, including compiling legal items, reviewing title, and coordinating and executing closings, including recording lending instruments.
• Manages loan syndications, collecting necessary legal items, effectuating sale of loan interests, and ensuring proper settlement and accounting with Finance.
• Works with team members to implement legal remedies on sub- and non-performing loans.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in mortgage lending documentation and procedures.
• Education: If most recent degree was obtained within the last 5 years, please include cumulative GPA and transcript.
