Responsibilities

  • Aid attorneys in preparing contracts of sale, closing documents, and other transaction materials.
  • Analyze title reports and surveys and assist with title clearance issues.
  • Create and maintain closing checklists and coordinate document execution and delivery.
  • Secure payoff letters and handle lien resolutions and post-closing tasks.
  • Prepare and file ACRIS transfer tax documents and related closing filings.
  • Communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and opposing counsel to ensure timely and accurate closings.
  • Maintain and organize transaction files, tracking critical deadlines.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience as a Real Estate Paralegal in a law firm or similar setting.
  • Experience supporting both commercial and residential real estate transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple transactions in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Professional communication skills and a collaborative, can-do attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Pay

$55k-$65k
