Key Responsibilities

• Create structured deliverables based on real-world property transactions, client interactions, and brokerage workflows
• Develop operational scenarios involving listings, negotiations, transaction coordination, and client communication processes
• Review peer-created deliverables for market realism, procedural accuracy, and workflow quality
• Translate brokerage operations into organized documentation and process-driven task frameworks
• Contribute expertise across property sales, transaction management, and client advisory workflows
• Support evaluation standards for real estate operational and transaction-based environments

Core Requirements

• Strong background in residential, commercial, or investment real estate brokerage environments
• Experience managing property transactions, negotiations, or client relationship processes
• Able to structure real-world brokerage workflows into concise written deliverables
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar, clarity, and professional precision
• Strong operational judgment and client-focused problem-solving capabilities
• Comfortable working independently within project-based operational environments
