We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About Us? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Content: - About Us: description of Trinity Property Consultants, brands, resident programs, etc. - Our Internship Experience: description of internship: 10-week paid internship, rotation, mentorship, special projects. - Compensation: $19 to $23 hourly. - Job Summary and Responsibilities: description of intern will help residents find their way, etc. Then list responsibilities (bulleted list after "Responsibilities include but are not limited to:"). - Qualifications: list of skills (Excellent communication skills, Administrative and organizational skills, etc.) - Learning and Development: mention Fowler Internship Program. - Education: Enrolled in a 4-year accredited program, Real Estate, Hospitality or Property Management preferred. Sophomore year completed by start of Internship, preferred. - Requirements: 1-year of work experience and/or extra circular activity involvement, preferred. Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions. - Physical Demands: description. - Attendance/Travel: mention nights/weekends, regular attendance. - Intern's Professional Expectations: bullet list. - To learn more: link. We need to decide sections: About Us (maybe "About the role"? but we have About Us description). The instruction says use headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can adapt: "About Us" maybe not in list but we can still use

About Us? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive. Likely we should use those headings where applicable. We have content about the company (About Us) maybe map to "About the role"? But that seems odd. However we could include an "About Us" heading as

    About Us

. The instruction didn't forbid other headings, just gave examples. It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use those exact headings if they match content. We have content about the internship experience, responsibilities, qualifications, skills, pay, schedule (attendance/travel), benefits? Not explicit benefits besides compensation. There's mention of paid internship, compensation range. No explicit benefits like health insurance, etc. So we should not create Benefits section unless stated. Pay: we have compensation $19 to $23 hourly, so we can include Pay section. Schedule: we have attendance/travel: nights/weekends, regular attendance. So we can include Schedule section. We also have Qualifications and Skills sections overlapping. The posting has "Qualifications:" then list of skills. Also "Skills include an excellent ability to address the needs..." then list. So we could combine Qualifications and Skills? But instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have Qualifications section containing both the qualification list and skills list. Or separate Qualifications and Skills if both have content. The posting has both "Qualifications:" and "Skills include...". So we could have Qualifications section (list of requirements) and Skills section (list of skills). But they overlap; maybe better to combine into Qualifications. However instruction says use headings like Qualifications, Skills. We could include both if they have distinct content. Let's see: Qualifications: "1-year of work experience and/or extra circular activity involvement, preferred. Ability to fluently read and write English, accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions, and use all on-site resident management software functions." That's more like requirements. Skills: "Skills include an excellent ability to address the needs of community members, prospects, and vendors. Other essential skills include but are not limited to: Excellent communication skills Administrative and organizational skills Time management skills and ability to prioritize wisely Customer service orientation Strong sales background Knowledge of state law as it relates to fair housing Handle stress effectively Exhibit strong leadership skills Intermediate computer and internet knowledge, accounting, property management software programs, printers, telephones, fax machines, and photocopies Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook". That's a list of skills. Thus we can have Qualifications (requirements) and Skills sections. Also we have Learning and Development (Fowler Internship Program) and Education. Could combine into Education & Development? But we could have Education section and maybe Learning and Development as part of Education? The instruction didn't list Education as example but we can still use

    Education

. It's substantive. Also we have "Our Internship Experience" description; maybe we can put that under About the role? Or we could have a section "About the role" describing internship experience. The instruction says About the role is a heading example. So we can use

    About the role

to contain the internship experience description (Our Internship Experience, Job Summary and Responsibilities maybe?). But we also have Responsibilities separate. Better: About the role: overview of internship program (Our Internship Experience + Job Summary). Responsibilities: list of duties. Requirements: maybe Qualifications. Skills: skills list. Pay: compensation. Schedule: attendance/travel. Benefits: none. Education: education requirements. Learning and Development maybe part of Education. We need to avoid filler. Ensure we don't create sections with placeholder text. Let's extract substantive content: About Us: description of company (Since 1999...). That's substantive. About the role: Internship experience description (Our Internship Experience: 10-week paid internship, rotation, mentorship, special projects). Also Job Summary and Responsibilities intro paragraph: "Under the direct supervision... help our residents find their way..." That's also role description. Could combine. Responsibilities: bullet list after "Responsibilities include but are not limited to:". Qualifications: bullet list after "Requirements:" (1-year work experience..., ability to fluently read/write English..., etc.) Skills: bullet list after "Skills include an excellent ability..." (list of skills). Education: bullet list after "Education:" (Enrolled in a 4-year accredited program..., Sophomore year completed...). Learning and Development: maybe a paragraph about Fowler Internship Program. Physical Demands: maybe we could include under Requirements? But it's substantive; we could have a section "Physical Demands". Not in examples but we can still use

    Physical Demands

. However instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Physical Demands into Requirements or a general "Requirements" section. But we already have Qualifications for requirements. Physical Demands is separate; maybe we can include it under Qualifications as well? But it's about physical ability, not qualifications. Could create a section "Physical Demands". It's substantive. Attendance/Travel: schedule. Intern's Professional Expectations: maybe under "Expectations" or "Professional Expectations". Could be a section "Expectations". Not in examples but we can. Link to learn more: maybe we can drop as it's application instruction? It's not exactly application instruction but a call to learn more. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO. It's a link to learn more. Could keep as a paragraph. We need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, application instructions. The link to learn more is not those; it's okay. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:
