Real Estate Management Intern - Philadelphia, PA
About the role
Since 1999, Trinity Property Consultants has been shaping community environments and refining living spaces with a focus on resident satisfaction. Our three brands — Social Student Spaces, ReNew Apartment Communities, and Arrive Luxury Communities — address every stage of life. Resident programs such as RENTsparency, Smart Apartment, Green Team, and Together emphasize transparency, customer service, technology, and community engagement. We recruit experienced management professionals and provide state-of-the-art systems, training, and advancement opportunities to empower each team member.
Our Real Estate Management Internship is a 10‑week paid program in which the intern rotates through all aspects of property management at an assigned community, including Leasing, Assistant Manager, Manager, Maintenance, Operations, and Corporate (for select locations). Interns are mentored by a senior leader and many work hands‑on with the leadership team on real‑world special projects.
Under the direct supervision of an assigned mentor, the intern helps residents find their home while working side‑by‑side with our professional team to create a thriving living experience. Our dynamic portfolio is growing quickly as we provide investors with ethical investment opportunities through renovation projects. We seek interns with an entrepreneurial spirit and a can‑do attitude to advance their career knowledge in the multifamily industry.
