Responsibilities

  • Cash Management: Posts payments received, prepares daily funds transfer requests, initiates and submits wire transfers, and balances payment files.
  • Reconveyances: Prepares reconveyance documents, updates tracking records, and ships reconveyance packages.
  • Legal File Audit: Audits legal files, fulfills documentation requests, and maintains loan files.
  • Member/Internal Customer Service: Answers calls, provides service, and serves as a liaison between the subservicer and the Credit Union.
  • Report Management: Transfers daily and monthly reports from the mortgage loan servicer website to LFCU shared folders.
  • Other Department Duties: Contributes to program development, maintains insurance records, processes requests, audits ARM loans, and supports reporting needs.

Qualifications

  • Education: Preferred 4 Year / Bachelors Degree
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of real estate loan, loan servicing, and financial institution experience.
  • Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, experience using Symitar or related core banking systems, and knowledge of Mortgage Servicing Systems preferred.

Benefits

Pay Range: USD $25.38 - USD $38.06 /Hr.
