Real Estate Lease Coordinator I
About the role
At Flynn Group, we believe in the power of collaboration and value in-person interactions. This is why our employees work from the office four days per week, leaving Fridays to work from home. This setup cultivates casual conversations, problem‑solving, and trusted relationships. Our goal is to create an environment where innovation thrives, with office‑based teams coming together four days a week to collaborate and thrive, together! Greg Flynn founded Flynn Restaurant Group (Flynn) in 1999 with the acquisition of eight Applebee’s restaurants in Washington State. Since then, the company has grown at over 30% a year, added six leading brands in Taco Bell, Panera, Arby’s, Pizza Hut, Wendy’s, Planet Fitness, and 7Brew, expanded internationally, and become the largest restaurant franchise and third largest restaurant operator in the United States. Going forward the company plans to continue its aggressive growth by building and acquiring additional franchises as well as opportunistically expanding into other brands and businesses. For more information about Flynn’s award‑winning approach to operations, visit www.flynn.com. Flynn Restaurant Group Support Center: Our mission is to provide ever‑improving support and systems that enable our operators to be more effective and focus on running premier restaurants. We value our 250+ employees and are committed to setting clear expectations, rewarding and appreciating their contributions, and helping our employees reach their full potential. We look for people who think beyond themselves, consider the overall business, want to “Own it,” and have the “Whatever it Takes” attitude.
