Real Estate Investment Analyst Miami, FLWe have partnered with a growing real estate investment platform to identify a Real Estate Investment Analyst for its Miami-based investment team.This role offers the opportunity to work directly with senior investment professionals across acquisitions, asset management, and strategic initiatives. The Analyst will be involved in evaluating new investment opportunities, supporting portfolio oversight, conducting market research, and contributing to investment execution across a residential real estate strategy focused on high-growth markets.Key Responsibilities* Assist with the underwriting and evaluation of development and value-add investment opportunities* Build and maintain financial models, including DCF, waterfall, and sensitivity analyses* Support transaction execution and due diligence efforts, including market analysis, financial review, and third-party report coordination* Prepare investment committee materials and investor presentations* Monitor portfolio performance and assist with asset management initiatives* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support investment and business plan decisions* Assist with fundraising, investor relations, and broader strategic initiativesQualifications* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field* 1-3 years of experience in real estate private equity, investment banking, real estate development, asset management, family office investing, or a similar environment* Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint* Interest in multifamily, student housing, build-to-rent, or broader residential real estate investments* Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environmentWhat Makes This Opportunity Unique* Exposure to both acquisitions and asset management within a lean investment team* Direct interaction with senior leadership and decision-makers* Broad exposure across multiple residential investment strategies* Opportunity to join a growing platform with significant long-term career potentialFor confidential consideration, please apply directly or contact me for additional details.
