Responsibilities

• Sell Fair Trade’s exclusive inventory of off-market properties to investors
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers to grow your book of business
• Use advanced tools and CRM systems to track leads and manage deals
• Stay sharp through ongoing training, collaboration, and market updates

Requirements

• Active California Real Estate License
• Full-time commitment and hunger to win
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and digital tools
• Thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
