Real Estate Internal Communications Manager
About the Team
As the brand image shaper of the Real Estate team, REIC team's primary focus lies in promoting the REF brand and products, managing public opinions, and strengthening internal teamwork. In our daily operations, we are committed to enhancing the positive reputation and impact of the Real Estate department, while consistently nurturing strong internal cooperation and collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee communication strategies and plans for the designated region, aligning with the company and departmental communication goals.
- Execute cultural activities within the department, including planning, organization, promotion, on-site management, and post-event communication.
- Manage departmental cultural communication channels, including but not limited to H5 content, copywriting, and video production.
- Support the establishment and promotion of the service brand, enhancing employee recognition and engagement through topics, events, and activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Educational background in Journalism, Communications, Directing, or a related field.
- Strong brand awareness, with the ability to identify and manage public sentiment effectively.
- Highly execution-oriented, optimistic, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced work environment.
- Demonstrated creativity and strong writing skills.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Willing and able to travel internationally on a regular basis.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a global organization.
- Experience in internal communications or employee engagement.
- Passion for real estate.
Pay
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $97,200 - $136,800 annually. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
