Job Summary

We are seeking an Investment Property Agent who wants to expand their skill set in the investment real estate space. The ideal candidate will generate business today while building long-term expertise in investor relationships and renovation-focused opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate properties with potential for investment
• Guide transactions from initial conversations through closing
• Develop sales skills to create immediate business and long-term success
• Build a predictable referral-based real estate business
• Evaluate opportunities, communicate with investors, and develop lasting relationships
• Learn proven systems for organization, consistent follow-up, and productive daily activity

Requirements

• Experience in real estate preferred, but not required
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Interest in investment real estate and renovation-focused opportunities
