Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough, LLP is seeking a mid- to senior-level Real Estate Finance Associate to join its Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group. As an AmLaw100 firm, this is a unique opportunity to join an expanding practice that manages a range of financial and real estate matters to a variety of clients. The Debt, Servicing and Restructuring group focuses on real estate and finance matters throughout the United States, including senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts. The team represents lenders and commercial real estate developers in a variety of transactions across the United States. With more than 1,000 attorneys, policy advisors, e-discovery professionals and other business professionals across offices in California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, West Virginia, and throughout North Carolina and South Carolina, Nelson Mullins has strong roots in the business community and an appreciation for new directions in the business world.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of meaningful commercial real estate finance experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the State Bar of Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and/or Texas.
• Excellent academic credentials.

Pay

Pay for this position is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and location. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses. The salary/wage range for this position is $230,000 - $320,000 annually.
