Real Estate Development Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Development Manager supports key development activities for RB Global's facilities. Responsibilities include:

• Identifying, sourcing, and directing specific development activities to meet business needs
• Networking with customers, architects, engineers, brokers, municipal bodies, and other necessary parties in designated markets
• Contributing technical and project-specific content to proposals and participating in presentation preparation for executive teams
• Leading project delivery across all phases to meet operational, sales, and account management team needs
• Assisting in financing structures and contract negotiations for new projects
• Overseeing and coordinating the entitlement process, underwriting, and due diligence for assigned transactions
• Administering the existing RB Global portfolio, including negotiations with landlords and other counterparties
• Performing other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant development and real estate experience
• Education and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in Engineering, construction management, real estate, finance, business, or related fields
