Compensation

$40,000 - $50,000 yearly + full benefits package

• Experience delivering, installing, or handling equipment; real estate experience is a plus
• Strong inventory management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines

Responsibilities

• Deliver and professionally install real estate signs throughout the Washington-Arlington-Alexandria area
• Manage and maintain accurate sign and equipment inventory
• Coordinate sign installations, removals, and replacements with the team
• Communicate professionally with clients, agents, and team members
• Follow all company procedures and safety guidelines
• Plan efficient delivery routes to ensure timely service
• Inspect signs and equipment to ensure they are properly installed and maintained
• Provide reliable, professional service that supports our agents and listings
• Assist with other field and operational tasks as needed
