Real Estate Counsel (hybrid)

Responsibilities

• Negotiating and managing commercial leases and related documents across a variety of property types
• Reviewing title, survey, zoning, and land use matters to flag legal risk on real estate transactions
• Handling vendor and service contracts and advising internal teams on contractual risk
• Supporting eviction and liability matters in partnership with outside counsel
• Assisting property management with tenant issues and lease disputes
• Advising on regulatory matters affecting real estate operations
• Helping build out contract playbooks and standardized templates for the legal team

Qualifications

• J.D. and active Florida Bar membership
• 4+ years of legal practice, including significant commercial leasing experience
• Background negotiating vendor and service agreements
• Experience developing contract templates and playbooks (a plus)
