Legal$390k–$435k/yrFull-time

About the role

The successful candidate will advise on a broad range of sophisticated commercial real estate matters while taking a significant role in transactions involving data centers and digital infrastructure assets. This opportunity offers an experienced real estate attorney the chance to combine a broad transactional practice with meaningful specialization in data centers and digital infrastructure. As Counsel, you will have the opportunity to take substantial ownership of matters while continuing to deepen your expertise across complex real estate transactions. The breadth of the practice also provides scope to remain active across acquisitions, leasing, joint ventures, financing and development rather than becoming narrowly focused on one component of a transaction. For a senior associate or existing counsel looking for greater responsibility, sophisticated deal exposure and a differentiated sector focus, this role provides a compelling platform for continued career development. Candidates may be based in either New York City or Northern New Jersey.

Compensation

The expected salary range for relevant class years is $390,000–$435,000, with final compensation determined by individual qualifications and office location.
