real estate/construction adviser volunteer

Position Summary

Seeking a real estate & construction adviser.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess building sites
• Develop a construction plan for a new facility
• Procure contractors to assist GARC in securing a site for and constructing a permanent facility for its animal care operations
• Assist in the potential purchase and renovation of an existing building
• Proficiency in design and project management software is a plus

Requirements

Live in Oklahoma

Qualifications

Skills in building site purchase, building design, cost estimating, and procuring contractors are required.
