REAL ESTATE - COMMERCIAL LITIGATOR

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Litigator specializing in real estate to join our team in Concord, United States. This is a work-from-office position for candidates with at least 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in commercial real estate disputes
• Draft legal documents and pleadings
• Conduct legal research on real estate laws and regulations
• Negotiate settlements and agreements
• Manage cases through all stages of litigation
• Advise clients on risk management and compliance

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of commercial litigation experience
• In-depth knowledge of real estate law
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to manage complex cases independently
