Real Estate Capital Markets Litigation Associate

About the role

Holland & Knight’s Real Estate Capital Markets practice is seeking a litigation associate.

Responsibilities

• Experience representing clients in commercial landlord-tenant disputes
• Experience representing clients in commercial foreclosure litigation
• Preparation and service of predicate notices and court pleadings
• Experience in, and/or a willingness to learn, commercial foreclosure litigation practice
• Strong research and writing skills, including the ability to draft motions and adhere to proper NY citation formatting
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of commercial litigation experience, including motion practice, discovery (including e-discovery), and courtroom experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Self-motivated and organized
• Must be licensed or ready to become licensed the state of Georgia

Qualifications

• This candidate must reside in the Atlanta area at or prior to the time of hire
• We believe that there is significant value in working together in person and will expect the candidate to work in the office at least three business days per week
