About the role
Holland & Knight’s Real Estate Capital Markets practice is seeking a mid to senior-level associate.
Responsibilities
- Representing clients in commercial real estate financing and investment matters
- Representing lenders in the origination of mortgage loans and other types of structured debt
- Workouts of distressed commercial real estate loans
- Purchases and sales of commercial property
Requirements
- 4-8 years of real estate finance experience
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Must be licensed or ready to become licensed the state of Florida
Qualifications
- Must reside in the Miami area at or prior to the time of hire
- We believe that there is significant value in working together in person and will expect the candidate to work in the office at least three business days per week
