Responsible for assisting clients in buying real estate properties. This includes working closely with clients to understand their needs, negotiating offers, and facilitating closings.

• Assist clients in the home buying process from start to finish
• Negotiate offers and assist in closing transactions
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences
• Provide guidance and support throughout the home buying process
• Manage relationships with clients and other stakeholders

Requirements

• An active Massachusetts Real Estate License is required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Pay

$95,000 - $230,000/year
