Key Responsibilities

• Produce structured deliverables based on real estate brokerage, transaction, and client advisory scenarios
• Review peer-generated outputs for accuracy, commercial logic, and market relevance
• Audit property-related workflows and identify inconsistencies or execution gaps
• Apply industry judgment to improve the quality and reliability of evaluation frameworks
• Document findings and recommendations with concise, well-structured written rationale

• Excellent written communication with high attention to clarity and professional tone
• Ability to assess transactional scenarios with sound commercial and operational judgment
• Comfortable working independently within deadline-driven contract engagements
