About the role

As a State Designated Broker, you'll be the champion of agent empowerment in your state. Responsibilities

  • Ensure all brokerage operations meet state-specific real estate laws and regulatory requirements with precision
  • Maintain proper licensure, documentation, and recordkeeping that meet state requirements
  • Review transaction files within required timeframes, protecting agents and clients through meticulous oversight
  • Respond promptly to legal correspondence and escalated issues with professionalism and strategic thinking
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes and communicate updates that keep agents informed and protected
  • Provide timely, clear guidance on transaction matters, compliance questions, and ethical concerns
  • Host educational sessions and create training content that builds agent confidence and capability
  • Auditor marketing materials while ensuring brand consistency and legal compliance
  • Respond promptly to agent inquiries through all channels, modeling the responsiveness agents expect
  • Deliver market updates and professional guidance that enhance agent expertise and market position
  • Actively support ENRG's growth by engaging positively with prospective agents
  • Monitor team development and partner with Operations to ensure seamless onboarding experiences
  • Participate in ongoing training and company meetings, staying current on tools and best practices
  • Foster innovation and feedback, creating an environment where agents feel heard and valued
  • Model ENRG's values in every interaction, serving as a culture ambassador in your state
  • Supervise licensed agents with a focus on support, development, and compliance excellence
  • Enforce company policies consistently while maintaining trust and respect
  • Handle complaints and broker-to-broker issues with discretion, professionalism, and strategic resolution
  • Coordinate with Brokerage Operations to support licensing and documentation processes
  • Create an environment where agents feel protected, empowered, and excited about their ENRG journey

Requirements

  • A high school diploma required; college degree preferred
  • Active and valid real estate broker's license in your designated state
  • 2+ years of experience as a Designated or Managing Broker
  • Experience in virtual or remote-first environments is highly valued
  • You have exceptional knowledge of state-specific real estate laws, contracts, and compliance procedures
  • You understand how to supervise and mentor real estate professionals across distributed teams
  • You are highly responsive and solution-oriented with a genuine service-first mindset
  • You are proficient with real estate technology platforms and transaction management systems
  • You excel in remote work environments and virtual collaboration
