Real Estate Broker (Dubai Based)

About the role

Help clients buy, sell and rent property in Dubai. You find prospects, win their trust, walk them through the market and close deals. You receive daily leads from Property Finder and work with an AI‑powered CRM and tools.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential buyers, sellers and renters
• Build trust and guide clients through the Dubai property market
• Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing
• Utilise the company’s AI‑powered CRM and marketing tools
• Follow up on leads provided daily by Property Finder

Requirements

• No prior real‑estate experience required – full training provided
• Willing to relocate to Dubai within 1–3 months
• Hunger, dedication and discipline to build your own business
• Bring around six months of savings to support yourself while you build your commission‑based income
