Responsibilities
- Leverage PLACE launch training to earn income faster and outpace your peers in your first 90 days.
- Plug directly into PLACE lead-generation systems to start building relationships and income from day one.
- Master buyer consultations to guide buyers, secure signed agreements, and build your reputation as a trusted advisor.
- Negotiate deals with coaching and scripts that help your clients succeed and stand out from the competition.
- Use PLACE technology to organize leads, tasks, and communications for predictable progress.
- Host two open houses each month with our marketing playbook to grow your sphere and client base.
- Learn the daily rhythm and scripts to convert prospecting activities into face-to-face conversations.
- Participate in weekly script practice and team training to ensure you never have to guess what works.
- Meet weekly for 1:1 coaching and join Partner Calls for live mentorship from top agents and Operators.
- List homes with confidence using expertise in staging, pricing strategy, and delivering a polished, professional experience.
