Real Estate Attorney (Remote)

Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Litigation Attorney (Commercial Real Estate) to work on a contract basis. The role involves drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery responses while managing case deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, file, and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests in commercial real estate litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategy and client advisories.
• Represent the client in court proceedings, depositions, and settlement negotiations.
• Manage case deadlines, document production, and compliance with procedural rules.
• Prepare and present legal arguments, briefs, and other court filings as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction with a focus on commercial real estate litigation.
• Experience drafting and litigating commercial real estate disputes, including lease disputes and contract enforcement.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal and factual issues.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and case management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and courtroom advocacy.
