Real Estate Associate – Transactions, Development & Entitlements

About the role

Join a market-leading team advising on a wide spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions, entitlements, regulatory issues, and development-related contracts. This position offers exposure to some of the region’s most high-profile deals and a highly collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate real estate transaction documents
• Support entitlement and development matters
• Advise on construction agreements and related regulatory issues
• Cook up with cross-disciplinary teams on financing and project execution
• Manage multiple transactions with precision and client responsiveness

Who You Are

• 1–4 years of real estate experience at a large or mid-sized law firm
• JD from a respected U.S. law school; member of the California Bar
• Excellent drafting, writing, and project management skills
• Demonstrated interest in transactional real estate and development
• A creative, organized, and detail-oriented legal professional

Compensation

Salary Range: $205,000 – $260,000 (DOE)
