Real Estate Associate – Systems, Coaching & Operational Support

This full-time Real Estate Associate role is for agents who prefer a team environment over working solo. Based at 3950 University Drive, you will work with buyers and sellers while leveraging shared marketing, operations, and coaching.

Monumental Powered by PLACE operates with defined roles: Managing Partner, Director of Operations, operations support, marketing, inside sales, and sales agents. This allows agents to focus on client work while the back end supports marketing and transaction management.

Responsibilities

• Use team-provided marketing and listing templates for consistent branding.
• Coordinate with the Director of Operations and assistants to manage transaction details.
• Maintain your task list and deadlines in the CRM and checklists.
• Attend weekly team meetings to review numbers and pipeline.
• Support teammates at open houses or showings as needed.
• Share best practices with peers to improve overall performance.

Requirements

• Virginia real estate license and commitment to full-time production.
• Preference for working within a team structure.
• Comfortable with CRM, email, and basic presentations.
• Strong communication and follow-through.
• Fully commission-based income is acceptable.

Pay

Compensation is 100% commission, with typical early-career earnings of $40,000–$60,000 and higher potential as you grow your client base.
