Real Estate Associate - Reno

Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP seeks an experienced commercial real estate attorney to join the Real Estate Practice Group in the firm's Reno office.

This position involves a wide range of challenging and complex issues, including real estate development, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, zoning/land use, and commercial leasing.

Responsibilities

• Handle commercial real estate transactions
• Manage real estate purchase and sale transactions
• Oversee real estate development projects
• Navigate land use and zoning matters
• Draft and negotiate commercial leasing agreements

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, real estate purchase and sale transactions, real estate development, land use and zoning, and leasing
• Demonstrated understanding of real property and land use law
• Proven ability to independently manage and close complex real estate transactions
• Active Nevada bar license or eligibility and willingness to take the Nevada bar

Pay

Estimated salary range for this role in Reno, Nevada: $220,000 - $325,000 a year.
