Real Estate Associate or Senior Counsel

About the Role

Quarles is seeking a highly-qualified Senior Associate or Senior Counsel to join our Real Estate group in the Milwaukee office. Quarles has built a strong, Chambers-ranked real estate practice group in Milwaukee of 10 attorneys and professionals who are part of a larger integrated national group of attorneys and professionals across the country.

Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate documents relating to the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including development transactions, purchases and sales, and leases.
• Work on and manage related due diligence work and closing of real estate transactions.
• Handle transactions independently and work with clients directly.
• Oversee associate and paralegal support when necessary.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions.

Schedule

This position is expected to be full-time. The firm is open to discussing flexible work schedules in certain circumstances.
