Real Estate Associate (Mid- to Senior-Level) - Denver
About the role
Greenberg Traurig (GT), a global law firm, seeks a full-time 4th to 7th year Associate in the Real Estate Practice of our Denver office. The position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Work on a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, leasing, joint ventures, and development.
- Draft and negotiate complex contracts.
- Take significant responsibility and run transactions with little or no oversight.
- Experience with investment funds is a plus.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions.
- Essential experience drafting and negotiating complex contracts.
- A strong academic background.
- Superior drafting and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills.
- An attention to detail and a desire/initiative to "take ownership" over work and career.
- In good standing with the Colorado Bar.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $220,000 - $270,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
