About the role
Loeb & Loeb’s Real Estate Department seeks an associate with 1-3 years of large to mid-size law firm experience to join Loeb’s Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
- Work with a diverse group having a diverse practice centered on providing creative solutions to cutting-edge issues
- Utilize the building blocks of property, contract and regulatory law
- Manage multiple projects and people
Requirements
- 1-3 years of large to mid-size law firm experience
- Experience with some or all of: transactions, development and related construction contracts, regulatory issues and entitlements, and financing
- Superior academic credentials
- Admission to the CA bar
