Real Estate Associate - Los Angeles

About the role

Greenberg Traurig’s Los Angeles office is seeking an associate with 3-6 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, real estate finance, joint ventures and development.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate assets
• Assist in the structuring and documentation of real estate finance transactions
• Support joint venture and development projects

Requirements

• Preferred large firm experience
• Strong academic background
• Superior drafting and negotiation skills
• Ability to take on significant project responsibility
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment

Pay

The expected pay range for this position is $245,000 - $365,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

Schedule

Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.

Commute/Transit

Commuter and transit programs may also be available in certain markets.
