Job Summary
Greenberg Traurig, LLP (GT), a global law firm, seeks a full-time Associate in the Real Estate Practice of its growing San Diego office. The position offers competitive compensation and an excellent benefits package.
About the Role
The Associate will work with clients large and small, from various industries across the country, and will have the opportunity to handle a range of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, and overall transactional work.
Responsibilities
- Handle a variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, and overall transactional work.
- Work closely with shareholders who will devote substantial time and energy to training and mentoring.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3–4 years of real estate experience in commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, debt and equity financings, joint ventures, and overall transactional work.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, a high and positive energy level, keen attention to detail, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential.
- Prior experience at a regional or national law firm.
- Must be admitted to the California Bar.

Pay
The expected pay range for this position is $260,000 to $310,000 per year. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Schedule
Full-time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
